ANSWER: Use the Check Availability/Book Now page. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been reviewed and accepted. From there you can make payment to lock in your date. You can also respond with any questions or concerns you may have before submitting payment.
QUESTION: How do I know if the trailer can come to my house?
ANSWER: Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as your driveway or street isn’t a very sharp hill, we can come. Otherwise, you can arrange to have your event on a nearby street, park, or shopping center parking lot.
QUESTION: Will the kids know what to do?
ANSWER: That’s why we bring our Game Coach! He/She helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!
QUESTION: Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?
ANSWER: XGE staff are sure to keep the game selection age appropriate unless mature games are requested by you at the time of booking or the day of your event. In the case of kids requesting M rated games, we always check with the VIP’s parents first to make sure they are permitted.
QUESTION: What about bad weather?
ANSWER: We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive we will be there!
QUESTION: What time should I make the party?
ANSWER: Whatever time you choose we suggest that you tell your guests that the party is half an hour to an hour before your start time. This allows you to feed your guest before we arrive so that they can maximize their time inside the game trailer!
QUESTION: What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
ANSWER: Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun!
QUESTION: Do I request certain games?
ANSWER: We always bring our full game library to every event. You game coach will listen to and make suggestions to make your event successful. If you have specific game request and/or would like to permit “M” rated games please let us know in the special request section when submitting your booking.
QUESTION: Do I tip the Game Coach?
ANSWER: The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He/she tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for service is welcomed, but certainly not required.
QUESTION: Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking you can pay in full via the link in your confirmation email, you also have the option of making a deposit of half of your total balance to hold your date.
If payment arrangements have not been made within 72 hours of receiving your confirmation email, your date and time will be reopened for booking. Feel free to call or email us to discuss payment arrangements. If your organization or situation is an exception we can talk about options.
QUESTION: How do I get my Evites?
ANSWER: If you’ve chosen to receive custom evites we will send them to the email address on file shortly after we’ve received payment.
QUESTION: What time will you be arriving?
ANSWER: XGE aims to arrive with plenty of time to setup and start your party on time. Our team typically arrives 15-20 minutes ahead of time.

QUESTION: How can my organization raise funds through Xtreme Game Experience?
ANSWER: Setting up a “Game Zone” at your event and either charging for tickets or wristbands to play in the Mobile Game Theater. Game Tournaments are also a good idea for fundraising.
